This program can help improve health - both physical and mental, your motivation, drive, confidence and happiness. I will show how you can achieve all of this.
Before you commence the program you will complete a questionnaire. This gives me insight into your starting point and gives me an idea of where we commence and what I can prepare for your program. During the program I teach you the pillars, we develop your plan, we start working on your commitments and make sure you’re fully prepared to achieve all you wanted to get from this program.
Will then organise your first check in - this will be through the subscription or booking a follow up session. You can also use both of those services alongside each other, depending on the level of support you require and accountability you want.
Initial Fee $280.00 NZD
3 month subscription
Once you have had your initial consult - the next level takes to you to your 3 months subscription providing you with a weekly check in and a monthly 45min 1 on 1 with your coach.
6 months - $1500 NZD

This option will provide you with 6 months of accountability coaching, helping you achieve enhanced health & wellbeing and giving you a huge boost, support and guidance to help you achieve your utmost potential to achieve your goals.
With this package you will get a weekly check in, support to adjust your commitments where needed and a monthly 60min 1 on 1 with your coach.
This offer saves you over $200. You will also be provided a free journal as part of your package.
12 Months - $3000 NZD

With 12 months of coaching, guidance and accountability you are giving yourself the best possible chance of hitting the goals and leveling up your overall health and wellbeing.
Your coach will push and support you where needed to help you navigate any of life obstacles along the way. With the package you get a weekly check in, a 75min 1on1 with your coach.
This offer saves you over $400. You will be provided a free journal and t-shirt as part of the package also.
