How we fuel our body is by far one of the most important things we can do.
It impacts our mood, our mind and our energy to name but a few.
I will want you to consider this Pillar beyond a ‘diet’. It really isn’t at all.
If you have any desire of your body being able to perform well, to feel free to move, to have a good immune system or improved immune system - how you fuel it is going to be key. This pillar is very simple.
I will work with you on implementing some little changes and bringing resource into your life so you can build this Pillar to be as strong as your others.

Our body does not know the difference between a thought, a memory and what we’re actually experiencing. Everything we experience mentally - our body has a physical response.
What you do with your mind, how you manage your mental health and wellbeing will impact every aspect of your life and all other pillars.
You have the ability to create the most amazing mental space for life and all you wish to achieve.
This is an amazing pillar and an exciting pillar for you to grow and develop. This pillar, like all pillars has no completion point, we can always build on it.

We were born to move.
You’ve heard this line before - Everything we experience mentally - the body has a physical response.
The Pillar isn’t just about exercise. It’s also about breath. How we breath impacts how we move and how well we move. How we take care of our body. How we prepare our body for the mental and physical stress life will put it under.
Our daily life, habits and movements have lasting effects on the body.
We want our body to move freely, pain free and to move with pleasure and to circulate blood & oxygen through our body.
It is important we’re challenging our bodies, increasing our heart rate, our cardiovascular system, improving how our body moves and how it feels overall.
I will work with you on this Pillar in more detail during our first session and we will work on some targets and goals together.
